Travis has been granted a medical hardship waiver for the 2015-16 season and will regain a year of eligibility, Jon Rothstein of CBS Sports reports.

Travis will now have two years of eligibility remaining with Stanford. He had a fantastic year in 2016-17, averaging 17.4 points and 8.9 rebounds in 30.1 minutes per game. The medical hardship waiver was granted to him for the stress fracture he suffered, causing him to miss much of the 2015-16 season before.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Travis had a game-high 26 points (11-19 FG, 4-6 FT) and added 11 rebounds, one assist, and one block in a loss to Arizona on Wednesday night.

Travis has been out for four games during conference play with a shoulder injury but has averaged 16.4 points and 6.4 rebounds in Pac 12 play. This was also his seventh double-double of the year. Travis is currently the fourth-leading scorer in the conference at 17.2 PPG. After two-straight games of scoring 26 points, the junior will get another shot on Saturday at Arizona State.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Travis (shoulder) had 17 points (7-15 FG, 3-3 FT) and five rebounds over 24 minutes in Sunday's loss to California.

Travis missed back-to-back games due to a shoulder injury, and although he returned for the rivalry matchup, he did show a little rust. The junior played roughly five minutes less than his season average, turned the ball over five times and committed four personal fouls. On the bright side, his 17 points were right on par with his season pace (16.6 PPG). Look for Travis to be back in the starting lineup moving forward, where he can be counted on for steady points and rebounds in both Pac-12 and broader formats.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Travis (shoulder) is in the starting lineup Sunday against California, Rusty Simmons of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.

The junior missed the past two games due to his shoulder ailment, but it seems like he's all good to go as the Cardinal head into a Sunday evening rivalry matchup. This is big for the Cardinal, as Travis is leading the team with 16.6 points per game, although it means that Michael Humphrey will have to head back to the bench after starting in Travis' absence.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Travis (shoulder) was a late scratch for Saturday's game against Oregon, Steve Mims of the Register Guard reports.

Although he went through parts of warmups, Travis was ultimately unable to give it a go for Saturday's matchup in Eugene. Travis' absence looms especially large considering that he's the Cardinal's leading scorer. Michael Humphrey remained in the starting lineup as a result of Travis' absence.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Travis (shoulder) is going through warmups and will likely be available for Saturday's game against Oregon, Steve Mims of the Register-Guard reports.

Stanford's leading scorer has been sidelined for three of the last five games due to a lingering shoulder injury. He's averaging 16.6 points and 8.9 rebounds per game and will need to be a key factor Saturday if Stanford has eyes on pulling the upset in Eugene. His return will likely cut into Michael Humphrey's minutes.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Travis (shoulder) is not participating in pregame warmups and is unlikely to play in Thursday's game against Oregon State, Jesse Sowa of the Corvallis Gazette-Times reports.

Losing their leading scorer and rebounder is a major loss for the Cardinal, who can now only hope Travis is ready for their showdown with Oregon on Saturday. With Travis out, Michael Humphrey is likely to continue to get the start and see more minutes.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Travis (shoulder) has been upgraded to day-to-day in advance of Thursday's game against Oregon State, CBS Sports' Jon Rothstein reports.

The Cardinal's leading scorer and rebounder is progressing from a shoulder injury suffered early in January and could be back to game action as soon as Thursday. He'll likely need to show some more progress in Stanford's upcoming practice sessions before coach Jerod Haase re-deploys him into the lineup, however. If Travis is ultimately ruled out Thursday, Michael Humphrey will likely remain in the starting lineup and Travis' next chance to return would come Saturday at Oregon.
